Thank you for shopping with Tattooaddictionco. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition.
  • The item must have all original tags attached.
  • The item must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or any signs of wear.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Items returned that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Customized or personalized T-shirts
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was sent.
  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or color only if the requested item is available in stock.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not entered production or shipping.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
